Plum police Officer Ryan Schneiderlochner has filed a lawsuit in Allegheny County Common Pleas Court against the borough, the former police chief, the borough manager and several current and former councilmen alleging he was wrongfully terminated three years ago, the Pittsburgh Trib reports.

I'm just trying to think what would happen to me if I left my place of employment when I was supposed to be working and began to take video of person unknowingly...?? This is how it would go...

"You're fired"

"You're right sir, I was wrong and should have not left the building."

"Clean you desk out"

"Okay :( I did deserve that"

...still trying to figure out a rationale.

What I have a hard time believing is that they actually reinstated this out of control cop. He isn't fit to serve the public.

Cloud was another "out of control" cop. There are a few police dogs that rivaled Cloud's IQ points. Remember McNelis? Stealing a gun and then illegally mailing it via U.S. Mail and then was convicted of insurance fraud. Remember Focaretta? It seems that precious few actually are aware of the activities that this man participated in. Many would be shocked. PLUM...you've got a problem...a serious problem. Your police force is actually quite small. These are some big problems for such a small community and police force.
