It's about time that the Police Department will be able do do what is best for our community as well as what is right for everyone concerned with the offense. This is something that T.L. Foceretta tryed to get done along time ago. But no one would listen. Thank - You Mr. McMeekin and council for stepping up to the plate with this matter. Maybe we can finally let the power be with the Police Department instead of with the problem people or situations. And their screamming when something bad goes wrong with their loved ending with tragedy.
