I signed the last one and PAYED $2.00 to do it.

I started and online petition too for Davidson Road

Happyhippo is probably referring to my petition that he/she went to and signed. There is not $2.00 charge that is required in order to sign the petition. I think they ask to donate a certain amount but you can bypass that part.
